Christine Velterop
qualified in London and returned to the UK in September 2006 after
spending five years abroad, during which she worked in private
clinics and at local and international sports events.
She has trained in Clinical Pilates, a system
of exercises and techniques designed to correct and develop the

stability, which leads to a better balanced, less stressful manner
of moving. She specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation
of musculo-skeletal and sports injuries, incorporating some Pilates
principles into her treatment. She has a particular interest in
hydrotherapy, and leads a weekly group session in a local pool.
